The interiors of the building are designed with a calming feeling of reflection and contemplation. It was of great importance that the lighting mirror this from the entry through to the chapel,and while providing the necessary illuminance seamlessly integrate into the architecture of the spaces.

Stramac Lighting along with Electrical Projects Australia and Shaddock Architects chose the Aus-system SK66 continuous recessed luminaires to be used throughout the various areas. The long chapel and service rooms featured a custom perforated ceiling whereby the luminaire needed to run along a specific channel to avoid breaking perforations. The system was installed in long lengths and custom rectangular shapes following the architecture of the stepped ceilings, working perfectly with the natural daylight from floor to ceiling windows and upper void windows.
