Natixis CIB Australia, Natixis Investment Managers, and Azure Capital have come together for the first time in a shared workspace at 39 Martin Place – their new Sydney headquarters.

This innovative workplace hub has been specifically designed to offer connection, collaboration, and flexibility, bringing the 3 companies together in a unified working environment.

“Interweaving Unity” was the driving concept of the overall design, directed by Hot Black Interiors. An emphasis on the importance of collaboration, employee well-being, and an enhanced client experience was at the core of the brief. A dynamic space with hints to the French heritage of the businesses exudes a modern aesthetic with bright open spaces side by side, spaces tailored to the dynamic needs of the workers across the businesses.

A standout feature of the project is the lighting design, led by Evolved Engineering, who, with the support of Jadecross, expertly selected lighting solutions for each unique space. ELS was able to facilitate one of the specific solutions for the team by developing a custom-made track-mounted Nightfall linear luminaire. Designed to sit perfectly flush between the feature linear battens, they ensure a seamless ceiling detail whereby the lighting layout and design becomes an integral part of the ceiling while ensuring an uninterrupted design aesthetic.
