The Precinct brings together cutting edge technology and innovative design to create a flexible blend of work spaces, meeting rooms and lounge areas. UBT have made The Precinct their new home and it has provided an agile space for clients to innovate, collaborate and build their businesses in the comfort of either the boardrooms or the casual setting of the in house cafe.

Jadecross supplied SK 50 with U diffusers that were cleverly installed into grooves in the ceiling. The luminaires are strategically placed within the ceiling grooves to provide both task oriented and feature lighting where it is needed most. As a striking statement 6.2m lengths of Valley 78 pendant were installed along the length of over sized boardroom tables providing perfect uninterrupted continuous light.

UBT at The Precinct had the honour of being nominated for a Sydney Design Award – Interior Design – Corporate and Commercial Category and was shortlisted for and Interior Design Excellence Award 2017 – Workplace over 1000sqm category.
