Located at 323 Castlereagh Street, part of the new Central Precinct and only footsteps from Tech Central – Sydney’s new ‘Silicon Valley’, Centred is a venue for hire space like no other. It is part of the new Central Precinct where new ideas bloom and top talent abounds.

Architecturally designed Centred offers spaces to host a wide variety of corporate events, product launches or meetings of varying sizes. The luxurious designer-styled Lounge is one of Centred’s most versatile spaces. Emanating luxury it features natural materials, neutral tones and a layout designed to be set up in multiple configurations. The quality of the fitout is characterised by the extensive use of specifically selected designer materials for all wall and floor finishes.

The proposed space was lacking in natural light,and while new glazing was added to many spaces it still proposed a challenge to illuminate in some of the spaces. Lighting Partners Jadecross put forward the Versline in all the meeting rooms. These offer a discrete low glare illumination, ensuring the simplicity of the paneled ceiling and finishes throughout was the star of the show all while providing perfect illumination over the boardroom tables without the need for supplementary natural light.
